We offer free shipping on all orders shipped within the United Kingdom, with no minimum order value required. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation, with delivery within an estimated 7 to 12 business days from the date of shipment. How to initiate a return

Statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms of Service limits any statutory right you hold as a consumer under the law of the United Kingdom, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and your 14-day statutory cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. UK 14-Day Statutory Cancellation Right
This section sets out a mandatory notice required under UK law for customers who buy goods from Quanolo as consumers in the United Kingdom.
You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days, with no reason required.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your contract with us within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, simply contact us at info@quanolo.com before the 14-day period expires. If you cancel within this period, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery charges, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of being informed of your decision to cancel.
Nothing in these Terms of Service, and nothing elsewhere in this document, excludes, restricts, or modifies your 14-day statutory cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, or any other consumer right or remedy you hold under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified. This notice applies in full regardless of the South Carolina governing law clause set out in Section 12 of these terms, or any other clause in this document that might otherwise be read to limit our obligations or your rights. Your 14-day statutory cancellation right exists independently of, and in addition to, our voluntary 30-day return window described in Section 08. Because our 30-day return window is longer and more generous than the 14-day statutory minimum, it already covers and satisfies your statutory cancellation right in full. If you wish to cancel within the first 14 days specifically under this statutory right, please still contact us at info@quanolo.com and let us know, so we can process your cancellation correctly.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quanolo, SBV Business LLC, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of our website; (b) your violation of these Terms of Service; (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party; or (d) any content you submit to the website. This indemnity does not apply to the extent a loss arises from our own negligence or from any right that cannot be waived under applicable law.

South Carolina law governs these terms, without prejudice to your mandatory UK consumer rights.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the website, or any order shall be subject to the courts of the State of South Carolina, United States, except where mandatory UK consumer protection law requires otherwise, or gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
United Kingdom, statutory rights take precedence
Because Quanolo serves the United Kingdom only, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and your 14-day statutory cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, described in Section 09, apply and take precedence over this South Carolina governing law clause to the extent of any conflict, even though the entity behind Quanolo is domiciled in the United States. This choice of law does not remove any right you have to bring a claim before a UK court or tribunal where the law requires it.
Why South Carolina law
SBV Business LLC, the legal entity behind Quanolo, is registered and domiciled in South Carolina, United States. We choose South Carolina law to govern these terms for consistency across our operations, while fully preserving the mandatory consumer rights described above.
Mandatory rights always prevail
Regardless of the governing law and jurisdiction set out above, nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts, or limits any right or remedy you hold under mandatory UK consumer protection law, including, without limitation, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and your 14-day statutory cancellation right described in Section 09, which cannot be excluded.
